Inspiring Joy Every Day

Find Your Balance

Hello, I’m Trevor Dale.

I’ve worn many hats in my life—veteran, healthcare executive, consultant, campaign strategist, and most importantly, husband and father. Across every role, one truth has guided me: the choices we make dictate the lives we lead.

For over two decades, I’ve worked at the highest levels of healthcare, helping organizations optimize performance, improve outcomes, and embrace innovation. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and MBA, I’ve spent years solving complex problems, leading change, and building systems that work better for people. But beyond the boardrooms and strategy sessions, I’ve come to realize something deeper: performance, leadership, and even success mean very little without joy.

That realization inspired my book and this site. The Joy Site is not just about personal happiness—it’s about reclaiming balance in a world that often pushes us to extremes. It’s about bridging science and spirituality, reason and wonder, progress and tradition. It’s about finding the courage to choose compassion, discovery, and meaning every day.

I believe joy is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. It’s what carries us through hardship, fuels resilience, and gives our lives depth and purpose. Here, I share insights, stories, and practices that help us reconnect with joy—not as a fleeting feeling, but as a way of being.

When I’m not consulting or writing, you’ll usually find me with my family. My wife and daughter, Charly, remind me every day what really matters. They keep me grounded, inspired, and filled with the very joy I hope to help others find.

Thank you for being here. Whether you’re seeking inspiration, guidance, or simply a reminder that joy is possible, this space is for you. I invite you to subscribe, share, and join me in shaping a future where joy is not the exception, but the expectation.
